By accessing trtcompass.com, applying for beta access, or using TRT Compass software, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.

Educational software

TRT Compass is provided as decision-support and market-orientation software for educational and informational purposes. It is not a brokerage, not an investment adviser, and not a signal service.

Not financial advice

Nothing in TRT Compass, on this website, or in related materials constitutes investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management.

Beta software

TRT Compass is currently offered as beta software. Features may change, break, or be removed. Availability is not guaranteed. Beta access may be limited, delayed, modified, or revoked at our discretion.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the beta program.

Membership and billing

TRT Compass Beta memberships are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions through Whop, a third-party membership platform. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's applicable terms in addition to these Terms. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access continues through the period already paid for, subject to the applicable membership terms. Payments already made, including the current month, are not refunded. If a billing error occurs on our side — such as a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation — contact us and we will correct it.

Market data disclaimer

Live market data depends on third-party services you configure locally (including ThetaData). We do not control the accuracy, completeness, or uptime of third-party market data. Delays, gaps, and errors can occur.

Acceptable use

• Use the software only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the product without permission
• Do not misuse beta access, share credentials in unauthorized ways, or disrupt service operations

Intellectual property

TRT Compass, related branding, documentation, and software are owned by The Realized Traders or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Realized Traders and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or software.

The software and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Realized Traders from claims arising out of your use of the software, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
