This Privacy Policy describes how The Realized Traders (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with TRT Compass and related websites, including trtcompass.com and therealizedtraders.com.

Information we collect

• Contact and account information — such as name, email address, and optional social handle when you apply for beta access or contact us.
• Authentication information — credentials used to access the TRT Compass application, where applicable.
• Usage and technical data — limited diagnostic information such as app version, general error logs, and device or browser type when needed to support the product.
• Communications — messages you send us (support, beta feedback, bug reports, or business inquiries).

How we use information

• Review and manage beta applications
• Provide access to TRT Compass and related support
• Improve product stability, onboarding, and documentation
• Respond to inquiries and bug reports
• Communicate important product or security updates

What we do not collect

TRT Compass does not require or access your brokerage accounts, trading passwords, or funded trading credentials.

Market data used inside the application is provided through your own local ThetaData connection. We do not operate as your broker and do not custody trading capital.

Cookies and analytics

Our websites may use essential cookies required for basic site operation and, where enabled, limited analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell personal information.

Data security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the services at your own risk.

Third-party services

Beta applications may be collected through third-party form providers (for example, Google Forms). Those providers process information under their own privacy terms. Hosting and infrastructure providers may also process technical data as needed to operate the website.

Membership payments and subscription management for TRT Compass are processed by Whop, a third-party membership platform. When you purchase a membership, your payment information is provided directly to Whop and its payment processors; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Whop also manages Discord access connected to your membership. Your use of Whop and Discord is additionally governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Data retention

We retain application and support information only as long as needed for beta operations, product improvement, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Children

TRT Compass is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when revisions are posted.
